1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between to99 ("we", "us", "the platform") and any individual ("you", "the player", "the user") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided via to99.bet. By accessing the to99 website, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

Amendments to These Terms

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Age Verification

to99 conducts age and identity verification as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued identification document — such as a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — to confirm that you are aged 18 or above. to99 may suspend deposits and withdrawals on an account pending completion of age verification.

If it is established at any point that an account holder was under the age of 18 at the time of registration or during any period of play, to99 will immediately close the account, void all bets placed, and return the deposited funds (minus any amounts already wagered) to the original payment source. to99 will not retain any winnings generated by an underage player.

3. Account Registration

Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one to99 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same identity details, different email addresses, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If to99 identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual, all such accounts will be suspended and any bonus balances forfeited. The real-money balance of one account may be returned at to99's discretion following a review.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. to99 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication where available. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

Account Information Updates

You are responsible for keeping your account information current. If your contact details, address, or payment method information changes, you must update your account profile promptly. to99 is not liable for communications sent to outdated contact information or for delays in withdrawal processing caused by inaccurate account details.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on to99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). to99 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and selected bank transfer options. Minimum and Maximum Limits

Deposit Processing

If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal Processing

No Third-Party Payments

to99 does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in the account holder's own name, and will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from payment sources owned by the registered account holder. Funds deposited from a third-party source will be returned to that source and may trigger an account review.

5. Bonus & Promotions

to99 offers promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentive structures to eligible players from time to time. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for matters directly related to that promotion.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds awarded on to99 cannot be withdrawn directly. Before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds, the player must complete the wagering requirement specified in the promotion's terms. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted).

Eligible Games and Minimum Odds

Bonus Expiry

Abuse and Misuse of Bonuses

to99 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to hedge wagering requirements, using automated scripts to meet wagering conditions, systematically targeting low-risk wagers that technically meet wagering requirements but do not reflect genuine play intent, and making use of bonuses under multiple accounts. Any account found to be abusing bonus terms will have all bonus balances forfeited and may be subject to permanent closure.

6. Gameplay & Fair Use

Prohibited Conduct

Bet Cancellation and Void Bets

In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance. to99's decision on void bets is final and binding.

Technical Failures

7. Account Suspension & Closure

• Provision of false, inaccurate, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of funds from illegal sources.

Voluntary Account Closure

Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Self-Exclusion
